I ordered a few pairs of cute shoes, and was charged for them. I found out the shoes were out of stock when I received a credit from the company in my bank account. While it was nice to receive a full refund in a timely manner, it would have been nice to receive an email letting me know the shoes I ordered were out of stock and which pairs were not coming.

The items I bought from Shiekh Shoes are awesome! I am pleased with all of my purchases, I'm just a little unhappy with the return shipping costs. I think they should use smaller boxes so the return shipping is not so expensive or e-mail us return labels to help out with the expense.

I was thrilled about receiving my first order, everything fits perfect and one daring pair of shoes that I ordered is so comfortable. Because the price was knocked down so low, it wouldn't really be a big loss, but is unbelievable comfortable. I'm already browsing for the next order, but knowing that shipping is free with an order of $50 and higher, I'll wait until I find several pairs to reach that price range.
