  hello....I just wanted to take a few minutes to say a big THANK YOU......this has been a wonderful shopping experience with your company.....I was nervous when I noticed I may have to return and exchange size for my shoes....my daughter's were perfect...it is for my parents 50 yr anniversary party!!....I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at my ability to get someone on the phone right away....that is a miracle nowadays....you run your internet shopping perfectly as far as I’m concerned.....now my BEAUTIFUL shoes are on the way back to me....I can’t be happier... : )......you have definitely made a return customer with me.....which is good....I as well as my daughter are obsessed with shoes and you guys have wonderful variety as prices you can’t beat.....I do want to make sure to mention "Chris" he was a great help to me....please everyone there keep up the good work......little things such as a person (NOT a computer) answering your questions is GREAT......

  I'm concerned with the status of my order. I haven't received anything stating that it has been shipped, and every time I check the status via your website it continues to say pending or processing. It has been 5 days and I'm very unsatisfied. I only ordered the shoes because I read the reviews on how speedy delivery was and come to find out it is quite the opposite. I would like to know what is going on with my order and if I can cancel it altogether.
