| Junior PPC Marketing Specialist | | |
| The Junior PPC Marketing Specialist will be responsible for: | |
| • Meeting and exceeding CPC program goals for gross sales, conversion rates, campaign profitability and traffic | |
| • Adhering to stated weekly, monthly and annual program budgets |
| • Increasing awareness of the ShiekhShoes.com website among online searchers |
| • Researching and adding new keywords, creating campaigns for new brands and categories | |
| • Generally ensuring that CPC programs are updated with the latest merchandise available on the website |
| • Optimizing campaigns to gain the greatest possible exposure at the lowest possible cost |
| • Analyzing CPC program performance in order to maximize successful strategies and improve struggling ones |
| The right candidate will have the following experience and/or skills: | |
| • Bachelor's degree (preferred) . |
| • 1 or more years working in CPC marketing |
| • Experience using Google Adwords, Yahoo! Sponsored Search and MSN Adcenter |
| • Microsoft Excel expertise |
| • Self-motivated, resourceful "can do" attitude |
| • Ability to thrive and achieve in a hands-on, startup environment |
