Aerielle, I had the same thing to happen to me regarding the feather I was getting ready for church and was pulling on the zipper also not the feather and it came off and I had to change outfits. I WAS HIGHLY AND VERY UPSET FOR THIS TO HAPPEN. NOW I don't know how i am going to get it fixed. It is very disappointing to pay this kind of money and it doesn't last like this. Also you have to buy it a size smaller than normal I did, and also if YOU have SMALL ANKLES IT IS GOING TO LOOK TOO BIG BECAUSE IT DOESN'T FIT SNUG AROUND THE ANKLE..

Love the shoe, the design is unique and the red style shoe is true to its color in person - vibrant, etc. BUT one thing though - the same day I brought the shoe home I pulled on the zipper, and the feather which I did NOT tug on, fell out. I figured that I could glue that back on myself until I started to pull on the zipper again and the metal piece meant to attach the feather to zipper broke off too! Frustrating after waiting two weeks for the shipment....
