I was very excited about buying these boots. I bought 3 pairs in black and one in white for me and my bridesmaids for my upcoming winter wedding. Not only was the box they came in completely in shambles - written on with marker, crushed, re-taped, etc. - the shoes themselves were of extremely poor quality for their cost and the white ones were stained and the glue holding the material together had yellowed. To return them cost $37 and they did not reimburse me any of that cost - even though they were in the condition described. I will never purchase another product from this company and will also advise others not to do so. Had I been reimbursed even a portion of the shipping costs, I would have considered otherwise.

Lindsey: We respectfully disagree with your comments. We provided you with a return label because you stated the boots you received were damaged. When we received the boots at our returns center they were not as you described. We have gone ahead a refunded your shipping cost.
